Welcome to Kiairri. Participating in our Jewelry Exchange Program agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a request.

 ✦ Eligibility for Exchange

- Jewelry may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and unused.

- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be presented to qualify for an exchange.

- Exchanges are only applicable to UNUSED jewelry. Jewelry that have been lit or damaged are not eligible for exchange.

 ✦ Exchange Process

- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +60 13 235 8014 or visit our Instagram store at https://www.instagram.com/kiairri/

- After approval of your exchange request, you may choose a jewelry of equal value. If the desired jewelry is of greater value, the difference must be paid.

- If the new jewelry is of lesser value, no refund or store credit will be issued for the difference.

 ✦ Conditions for Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange in the following cases:

- The jewelry is USED, DAMAGED, OR ALTERED in any way.

- The exchange request is made **after the 7-day window**.

- Missing or insufficient proof of purchase.

- Bulk purchases or wholesale orders may have different exchange terms, as noted at the time of purchase.

 ✦  Defective or Damaged Jewelry

- If a jewelry is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, you are entitled to an exchange or replacement. Please contact us with photo proof of the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.

 ✦  Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the jewelry is defective or an error was made by us in fulfilling the order.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the jewelry was damaged during shipping.

 ✦ Changes to Terms

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or store.
